- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- ½ tsp. Hot sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbs. Chopped parsley
- 1 Tbs. green onions
- 1 Egg
- 6 oz. lump crabmeat
- ½ c. almond flour
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (homemade, see recipe below)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Mix together the mayonnaise, dijon, worcestershire, hot sauce, lemon juice, parsley, and onions. Stir in the egg. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients – almond flour, old bay seasoning, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients and the crabmeat to the egg mixture and gently stir until combined. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, flipping over halfway through bake time. (Used air fryer with parchment paper on bottom).

Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbs. celery salt (or 1 Tbs. ground celery seed and 1 Tbs. salt)
- 2 tsp. ground bay leaves
- 1 tsp. paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. dried and ground chile pepper
- ¼ tsp. ground cardamom
