Venison Burgers

Venison Burgers (adapted from Bacon Cheddar Venison Burgers at darcyeats.wordpress.com)

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1/4 c. almond flour
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste (sea salt, cayenne)

Preheat cast iron skillet. Oil it and cook at 210F on the induction top.
