Venison Burgers (adapted from Bacon Cheddar Venison Burgers at darcyeats.wordpress.com)
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1/4 c. almond flour
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 egg
- 1 & 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste (sea salt, cayenne)
Preheat cast iron skillet. Oil it and cook at 210F on the induction top.
