Lemon and garlic vinaigrette

  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 to 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. garlic vinegar (from making pickled garlic)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream/yogurt (optional)

Whisk until combined.
