Pesto

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ~1/4 c. parmesan
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, soaked and dehydrated
  • handful of pepitas
  • 1 c. basil or 2 c. sorrel leaves
  • 2 sprigs of parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. olive oil

Puree in food processor.
